House Rules
- NO PARTIES
- No smoking inside. Properly dispose of cigarettes when smoking outside.
- Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep noise outside or on the roof to a minimum.
- No glitter, confetti, or decorative powders as they are very difficult to clean.
- Nashville is home to many small critters and insects including spiders and wasps. Please be cautious. We subscribe to a pest service but due to all of the nature around the house some pests are unavoidable.
- Do not receive mail at the house or look inside the mailbox.
- Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house.
- Do not stand on the rooftop garden platforms or walk on the edges of the rooftop. Stay on the flat/gated roof areas. If children are present, do not leave an unattended child on the roof.
- Do not work in the garden or tamper with any plants. If you would like to pick a few things to eat, that is okay but it is at your own risk as we do not know your allergies. Please do not harvest large amounts of produce.
- There will sometimes be gardeners tending the plants around the property during daylight hours. They will never come inside the house.
